| The term humanitarian intervention was and still a subject of study and research in many ways because it is important and it relates to interactions that occur in international relations, there are a number of definitions that show the meaning of this term, types, and how to distinguish between him and the nearby other concepts, as the most important problem in the subject is a difference in opinion between researchers and scholars about the legitimacy and the effects produced toward State sovereignty, that sovereignty which for decades has been a sacred cannot be touched, even changed a lot of concepts in international relations to the point of acceptance of humanitarian intervention by a state or group of states in the internal affairs of another country for humanitarian reasons | ||
