| Abstract The study aims to mrasure the effect of the material reinforcement upon the psychological construction of the pupils . such study covered (36) pupils of AL-Amal Institute for the Deaf and Dumb at Basrah . Hopefully the researcher established a specific kind of measurement . This measurement involved two aspects : the physical side and the emotional one . Noticeably , the result of the study have proved that the material reinforcement played an effective role in the process of rehabilitating those pupils (who are deaf and dumb) psychologically , | ||
