| The study deals with the problems of reading and receiving which are facing the Arabic and international Culture in the light of the growth of communication technology which has affected the concept of reception. These changes have contributed to the detachment of text from the traditional approach of reception to a new situation in which the recipient participate to express his concerns and dreams. We perhaps find him/her correcting some texts or commenting on them after a long absence because of the traditional way of communication.This modernity forces the writer to be witty in expressing his/her subject in accordance with the new age which rejects verbosity and redundancy of expression. This is the excellence of the age. We have found that the text expresses the present moment and the problems of the time.With reference to that , the texts are accompanied by a recording moment to express the Arabic miserable conditions of life which bring worry to the surface . | ||
