| Abstrac Praise be to God, the Creator of the earth and the sky, and will create the light and the dark, and inclusive character of the separation of the judiciary, and I bear witness that there is no god but Allah alone with no partner, a certificate is happy with who says on the box, and prayed to God for the Messengers and Prophets Muhammad and his companions nujaba After: I wanted through this research modest to show that the presumption of competence when Imam Daaraqutni - God's mercy - and his status between the wound and the amendment scientists; because the forward Daaraqutni not satisfied with the remembrance of the conversations only in his Sahih, like a lot of people talk who are just mentioning conversations only is the statement of ills, but he found that the Imam Daaraqutni his high methodology in the presentation of the conversations with the roads and then kicks between these methods and the statement roads bug that is not valid with him, and through my studies of the presumption of competence Imam Daaraqutni returned to the sayings of the wound scientists and edited comparing the sayings of Imam Daaraqutni and the sayings of pundits from the people of workmanship Alhdithip , but more than that came after each of Imam Daaraqutni of the people of workmanship quoted the words of Imam Daaraqutni to explain these conversations, and this shows the accuracy of this world Galilee and the severity of his estimate broad and informed of the texts and the grounds and know in no men, which led to the submission of his ills on a lot of those his method approach.
