| Abstract | ||
| The ideology of diplomacy shaped an effective element in Algeria that was related with various foreign countries, such as the United States of America and West of Tripoli. The international conditions happened between 1795 – 1801, contributed to the increase of Arabic relationships with other foreign nations. Throughout that period, some countries faced permanent peace, but others confronted with wars like Tripoli. During the treaty of Intimacy existed between the USA and the Country of Tripoli in 1795, the USA could possibly join the official relations with Maghribian countries; but the USA found difficulties to save these signed treaties with West of Tripoli | ||
