| Abstract marked: (HVAC legitimate and legal IVF) As a result of scientific progress in aids to modern reproduction (artificial insemination) different manner to overcome the problem of infertility, where IVF fertility addresses the weakness in both men and women. Because these processes allows wide possibilities in directing procreation but doctored introducing a foreign element in helping the process is not the concept before, so I was raised around a lot of debate and discussion about the legitimacy of religious and legal point of view it's also created several sub-problems requiring solutions The processors have. In the face of this amazing scientific advances in assisted reproduction you must know how to deal with these processes through legislative intervention to regulate and develop the border and to ensure that are not used to the detriment of society, because left without legal regulation leads to serious problems hit the community and threatening entity. And all that, and so we take all aspects of this important topic and modern jurisprudence and law, namely, air conditioning legitimate and legal to IVF, so we will divide this paper into three sections: - It is described in the first section of it what artificial insemination by dividing it into three demands: - Dwell in the first requirement to the definition of artificial insemination, and we address the second requirement to the types of artificial insemination and how to hold them, and dwell in the third demand to Tyre in vitro fertilization and human cloning. We are dealing with in the second part, the rule of IVF in Islamic law, by dividing it into three demands: - Dwell in the first to demand the rule of artificial insemination only between married couples and without the presence of a foreign element in (bilateral relations) in Islamic law. In the second requirement we address the rule of artificial insemination after the death of a spouse in the Islamic Sharia.
