Abstract
The research aims at the relationship between health spending and economic growth in Iraq for the period 1990-2013 and testing proposals wagner view the impact of income or Economic growth in spending analysis (health in question) and Keynes' ideas of the impact of spending in the economic growth has been using methods standard to prove the research hypothesis (the existence of the relationship a two-way causality) whether or not the results have been reached through health hypothesis test for causation Granger at the abstract level less than 10%.
