| The current study aimed to identify the challenges facing the Scientific production of the faculty members in the emerging Saudi universities from their viewpoint, as well as showing the significance statistical differences of the study sample viewpoint towards these challenges due to the variables of university, gender, specialization, then developing a proposal to overcome these challenges. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method and the questionnaire as a tool that was applied on a random study sample consists of 25% of the faculty members in three emerging Saudi Universities including: Northern Border University, Shaqra University, and Bisha University. The study had concluded several results, the most important of them; the challenges facing the Scientific production in the emerging universities came with (high) rate, where the challenges related to the university came first, followed by the challenges related to the society, then the challenges related to the Scientific production publishing, and finally the challenges related to the faculty members. The study also showed that there are no significant statistically differences among the study sample viewpoints due to the variables: university, gender, and specialization. Then the study presented a proposed form to support the Scientific production in the emerging universities and overcome the challenges facing them, then recommended of adopting this proposal. |
