Abstract
Abstract The role Organizational Identification in social capital development The objective of this research is to identify the analysis of the regulatory role Organizational Identification of the social capital of one civil society organizations, , and to achieve objectives of the research was the use of a questionnaire developed for the purpose of data collection and distribution to the research sample, was selected a total sample population of 50 individuals have been relying on the package Statistical to do statistical analysis for this search, user metrics (SPSS) analysis simple regression, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient, and research found a set of results, notably the lack of correlation between the Identification dimensions and the level dimensions of social capital, and according to the research result, the issue of Identification organization may lack gorgeous interest in civil society organization in question as well as a result of the breadth of the subject of social capital and the multiplicity of sources, also adopted the recommendations of the research need to the attention of departments in organizations and education dimensions regulatory Identification between the affiliates in order to raise organizational levels To be influence positive in how to maintain the social capital.
