| Abstract | ||
| The research consists four chapters : - Chapter one : Introduction and the importance of the research . The researcher deal to the importance of use treatment exercises between repetitions by scientific principle with proper of intensity and volume in order to rescue fatigue , to train speed endurance and to improve record in 3000m barriers run . The problem of the study was in the lack of using treatment exercises between repetitions and sets , include the programme of second stage . The aims of the research one : - To prepare treatment exercises . 0 مجلة الرياضة المعاصرة 1 المجلد 7112 عام 1 العدد 6 - To identify the treatment exercises effect in speed endurance and the record level of 3000m barriers run performance . - The Hypotheses of the research : There are significant differences between pre and post test of research variables for the advantage of the experimental group . The fields of the study : - Subjects : students of second stage / physical education college and sport sciences 2015-2016 year . - Duration : from 1/12/2015 to 19/1/2016 . - Place :Track and field play ground in the physical education and sport sciences college . - Chapter two : include research procedure . The researcher choice experimental method , and identify the tests , training programme and statistical process with sample homogeneous and tools in the research steps . - Chapter three : include the presentation of the main results , analytical , and discussion pre and post tests of speed endurance and the record level of 3000m in barriers run for the two groups , in order to reach for the aims of the research , and achieve the hypotheses . The chapter four include the main conclusions as follow : - There exist a significant differences between pre and post test for the advantage of the experimental group in the speed endurance (2000m) and the performance of (3000m) barriers run . - There exist a significant differences in the post tests between experimental and control groups for the advantage of the experimental group in the speed endurance (2000m) , and the performance of (3000m) barriers tests . The researcher recommends as follow : - There is a necessity to use treatment exercises in some single and teams games . - Some treatment exercises can use by the teachers and coaches in there teaching programs and in training sessions for the development purposes . - Further researches and similars studies of treatment exercises can be carried for all stages and ages for both male and female.
