Abstract
research paper from the desirtation of the phd. Student (Ahmed shuker Mahmood) Which too place place under my supervision We can draw from the folds of this research the following: First: Efficiency can be required in the beginning, it shall be a condition for the marriage. Second: If anyone wants to cancel the efficiency and he marrys a woman, with higher proportions or religious or craft than him, such as the marriage must be required. Third: Efficiency has been achieved stability of muslim family, it is to lead a stable family as the equivalent of women by man is the attitude of the majority in our society. Fourth: Efficiency between man and woman is considered by religion, therefore inmmorality and debanchery in compatible with efficiency. Fifth: Parentage has not considered in efficiency in Islam because islam equated between muslims, and there is not difference between muslims and non muslims exept in piety. Sixth: the wealth can be considered as evidence of what went on and privacy can be considered taking into account the difference in time and place
