| Abstract Booty study came from a comprehensive economic study focused on two sections the first section on the legality of the booty in the holy quran and sunnah as well as the history and causes of the descent and the position of the Muslims ruled them. The second section focused on the opinions of scholars in the governance of the division of the spoils on the beneficiaries and the right of the prophet pray God be upon him wheri hi specialized did something without the other do the right house and other things. | ||
