| Abstract The Thouret , political and judicial role in France (1787-1794) witness the late eighteenth century , the most important event in the history of France Revolution , and the subsequent political, economic and social changes , and in this research shed light on one of the important and prominent leaders whose role was not clearly stated, and the little Studies touched him, a lawyer Normandy, political and the judge (Thouret) We will learn a brief summary of his life, his political role since 1788, And then elected by the third class in the city of Rouen, later became a prominent member of the Constituent Assembly, and participated in most of the committees, particularly the committees of the First and Second Constitution, as Four times he became president of the Constituent Assembly and has been presented with a number of members of the Assembly constitution to the King " Louis XVI "for approval and thus approved , And participated in the articles of the constitution and find solutions to the problems that were going on in the paragraphs of the Constitution, especially the religious problem, which was represented by the Clergy and salaries, as had their privileges and functions of the government and the tithes and property of the countless, as well as judicial reforms This along with the administrative reforms, then became a judge of the Court of Cassation issued a lot of judicial decisions, then to prison on false charges and accused the aim was to take revenge on him and then sentenced him executed . The most important conclusion: 1- it was (Thouret) successful in the reports, because he works hard and in the committees to rebuild their country . 2- And he had a major role in the French Constitution industry seemed so clear in his discussions worthy of the great trust in the important issues pertaining to the Constitution . 3- And so it was on the familiar high-law, a prominent philosopher, shine without the presence of impurities among men in 1789, and represents the glory of that era of governments. | ||
