| Abstract | ||
| The present research aim at:The effect of the counseling program by style(stopping thouhgts) in reduction Psychological heplessness Preparatory Stage students. -through the test zero- hypothesis of the following: -There are no significant statistical differences in the mean of the degrees of the Psychologicalhelplssness scale among the two groups:- (the experimental group stopping thouhgts style ), and the (controlled group) in the post-test. For the purpose of identification of psychologicalheplessness among Preparatory Stage students, the researcher built on the scale on a sample heplessness,cording to the theory (Martin Silegman) and construction sample consisted of 400 students from the fifth preparatory class (scientific/literary), and The first form of the scale consists of (35) items. It has been exposed to be the of his image paragraph and display on a group of professors, experts were maintained at (32) items distributed on three fields or three areas: (Motivational-Helplessness) (Cognitive-Helplessness) (Emotiona-Helplessness) After achieving the sincerity of the scale, the researcher has ascertained the reliability by using test and re-test, method which is (0.85) and by using Alpha -Cronbach method which is (0.87). .In order to build the program with its two styles,of the scale on a sample consists of (100) students for the purpose of knowing the students who suffer from psychologicalheplessness that needs Indicative Program has been introduced in all the paragraphs of the trait and the number of sessions Indicative Program (13)counsellingsessions.The program has been built and exposed on a number of experts where the experiment sample consists of (30) students who get high grades on the scale. They are randomly distributed on tow groups (15) students in each group experimental group with a controlled. The equalization has been conducted for the two groups The following statistical means are used: 1-Person coefficient to find out reliability by using re-test method. 2-Alpha-cronbach method to find out reliability. 3- T-test for two independent samples. 5-Man-Wtny test for two independent samples for the two groups. After the application of the program on the experimental group on the scale platter two groups (post-test) showed the present research are:- following results of the: The style ( stopping thouhgts) of rules changing has an effect in reducing-psychological.heplessness.preparatory.stage.student. In light of the research results, the researcher had put forward a number of recommendations and suggestions. | ||
