Personality is the core of most of educational and psychological studies. This subject is one of thenost important subjeeds of psychology because who want to study it, he must study the growth sides whether they are physical, emotional, mental, or social. Marriage adjustment is the result of the interaction between two persons who are the couples. There is no certain type among personality types can be the right.
Or the wrong type of marriage but the interaction between the personalities of has band and wife which specifies the success of failure of the marriage. This study aims at measuring the common type level among university lecturers, the level of marriage adjustment among them, recognizing the statistically significant in the level of common type of personality according to sex variable, statistically significant differences in the level of marriage adjustment concept according to sex variable the correlation between common type of personality and marriage adjustment concept among university lecturers. The sample consists of two sub- Samples, the 1st is for building the scale Consisting of (50) lecturers and the 2nd is the main application sample Consisting of (150) lecturers, where there are (75) males and (75) females and the sample had been sleeted. The researcher reaches to number of results:
1- The sample, according to the comparison between Mean and hypothetical one has a common personality type at (0,05) significance level.
2-The Sample, according to the comparison between mean and hypothetical one has marriage adjust-meant concept at (0,05) significance level .
3- The are no statistically significance in the scale of Common personality type according to sex variable at (0,05) significance level.
4- There are statistically significance differences in measuring of the level of marriage adjustment concept according to sex variable at (0,05) significance level.
5- There is a high positive correlation (0,80) between the Scale of Common Personality type and marriage adjustment on at (0,05) significance Level.
