| Abstract | ||
| Yemeni history is full of a lot of confrontations between the forces of government and other emerging powers . Sees itself better for the leadership of the community. In all of these confrontations was decisive subject to three mechanisms or two of them at least , the mechanisms of intellectual ability and religious embodied in the corresponding between Imam -based and last united , and the ability to mobilize supporters through the money , and the mechanism of oppression and power through said a mechanism did not hide completely even with the advent of mechanisms of the modern state in the sixties of the last century , but has been adapted and developed in accordance with the principles of public order and the law and the Constitution and institutions in the present . | ||
