Abstract
Research problem about the stages of human growth For the basis of which base their future life to him at this stage is the first poplars for personal status and through the basic concepts consists, as well as safety planning educational process as requiring a comprehensive study of all aspects of child physical, mental, motor and emotional, where overlapping growth those aspects, all of which affect one other and affected by it. Perhaps capacity (cognitive - motor) one of the most important aspects that sought specialists to study and detection levels: - Detect the level of capacity (cognitive - motor) for school children in the province of Karbala center (12) years. - Detect differences in the level of capacity (cognitive - motor) according to the sex of the students And pursued a researcher descriptive approach style surveys and comparative studies to achieve the objectives of the study, also included the research community to primary school pupils aged (12) years old, male and female, and after data collection, analysis and discussion of the researcher to several conclusions of the most important (there are significant differences statistically significant in some the areas of capacity (cognitive - motor) between students, male and female). The researcher also found several recommendations to the adoption of the most important measures of capacity utilization (cognitive - motor) as the basis in the process of objective appraisal of the stages of motor development and the selection of talented people who are of age (12 years).
