| Planning for the learning and training process in the field of gymnastics must include all physical , skilful and psychological plans which are regarded as basic factors for accessing the required integration to achieve the high levels. Gymnastic skills are regarded of great importance ,which require big numbers to raise the level of the technical performance of the players . The research significance has been demonstrated in setting special exercises for stretching the muscles ,working on learning some of gymnastic skills in the hands of coaches ,teachers as and those working on training gymnastics as well as central and sub- federations to raise level of technical performance for individuals, female students or junior players. As for the research problem , there are difficult skills in terms of performance ,which needs preparing the working muscles to the best possible so as to avoid injury ,especially for female students ,thus, the female student or the junior player needs to develop this performance to the best possible achievement through special exercises emulating the work nature such as performing for all body parts and improving the working muscles as well as reducing the curb of anti-muscles .Therefore, the researcher considered to delve into this study through using exercises of stretching muscles in learning of some skills in technical gymnastics for female students in colleges of physical education and sport sciences . The purpose of this study is to use the exercises of stretching muscles in learning of some skills in technical gymnastics for female students in colleges of physical education and sport science as well as identifying the effect of these exercises in leaning and developing this technical performance and what produces positive or negative effect in terms of development and differences which may appear for the two groups ( experimental and control ) as well as identifying the priority of which one of them . The research community included female students in college of physical education and sport sciences , University of Alqadissiya, for the academic year 2015-2016 . The research sample included 24 female students ,divided into two groups ( experimental and control ) 12 female students for each group. The researcher conducted homogeneity of the two groups as a whole and parity among the variables studied. All field procedures of pre- and post assessment of skills have been implemented through which the necessary data. Then, all suitable statistics have been conducted , compiled in the form of tables ,analyzed and discussed to develop appropriate conclusions and recommendations of the results achieved | ||
