| Abstract | ||
| Contract of making electronic programs is the deal between the customer and the programmer , in it the programmer programming a program with customer’s specification wish as the deal required in one condition that the deal will not conflict with general principles of programs fundamental. This contract is consider from formal contracts the congruity of offer and accept is not enough and it may be writing else is be false , because the dealing of buying or sold technology is hard when it’s parties from a different nationality or states , it must be a writing deal, the programmer responsibility have a double faces , first one the programmer sometimes is comply with persons by contract to make a program satisfying their needs, in the other hand the programmer is comply with persons but without contracts , as the damage he may be made in the negotiation stage that outrun the contract . | ||
