Abstract
The commandment is a rich art known to the Arabs before Islam. The researchers wrote the books and theses, and it was a varied picture with the experience of life that one acquired after a long period of life with Marrakesh. It was not limited to the owner but to those who needed it from sons or brothers or tribal leaders. The Islamic community in which the society opens up new horizons of the light of faith and the color of civilization and conquests and the latest developments of life in all its parts. The Prophet's Hadith was explicit in the exhortation of the commandment. They wrote their will and put it under the pillow until the Holy Qur'an came out explicitly in the division of the inheritance over those who deserved it. What matters to the people's policy, which is achieved by the empowerment of religion and the preservation of the country and the people, there is no doubt that the matter is more serious, and this was initiated by the second Caliph and wrote his will to the successor after him, became a good year followed by guided by whom wants His nation is good, and whoever wants for himself a farmer must lift his shoulders all responsibility and make them in the neck recommended.
