Abstract
One of the important issues that jurists have dealt with, which are frequently asked about the issues of the right, is that there is a great deal of controversy in them, and that there is a great deal of controversy about them, and despite the great number of books on the subject, some problems remain because they are unclear to the general public, Because of the disagreement and the disparity of the words in it, which led to the difficulty of understanding people on the other hand. Among the topics related to faith, which are often confused: the faith that the difference in the validity of the meeting between the jurists, and the rule of the section, and the implications, a very broad topic, as the dispute extends to the sections of the right and all kinds, and some of these differences related to the formula, Also withdraws on all sections of the right. So I will confine myself to the disagreement in the oaths of the oath in the search for his name (the disagreement in the faith held because of the wording of the oath). And I have not translated the flags mentioned in the research for its popularity and the frequency mentioned in the books of jurisprudence, research and university letters. After this brief introduction, the topic has been divided into three sections: The first topic: Definition of the faith, its rule and its sections. The second section: ribbons section. The third topic: Suspension of divorce on the will of Allaah. Then the research concluded with a conclusion summarizing the main points of the research.
