| Abstract | ||
| The issue of strikes is of great importance because it deals with a subject directly affecting people's lives. Therefore, Islam is keen on providing the rights to work in different sectors and providing them with employment opportunities. However, when violating one of the common rights guaranteed by Sharia to all employees here, To strike, in the case of strike there is a direct threat to the human mind and culture, including affecting the health life, including what affects the interests of people and their public needs, all of the purposes of the law must be maintained, this research to clarify the reality of strikes and provisions, After this introduction, four research papers were prepared and dealt with: The first topic: The reality of the strike and its two demands: The first requirement: Definition of strike in the language and in the terminology and in the law Second requirement: Relevant terms The second topic: the reality of the human professions and the three demands: The first requirement: the concept of the profession The second requirement: the concept of human occupations. Third: The legitimacy of the human professions in Islam. The third topic: The reality of the strike in the vocational sector and its causes, which has three demands: The first requirement: the reality of strike in the professional sector. The second requirement: the reasons for strike in the professional sector. Third: Types of strikes in the vocational sector. The fourth topic: The rule of strike in the professional sector, which has four demands: The first requirement: Those who say the strike is permissible in the professional sector and their evidence. The second requirement: Those who say that it is not permissible to strike in the professions and their evidence. Third requirement: The position of the law on the strike. Fourth requirement: strike action in Iraqi legislation. Finally, I came to the conclusion that mentioned the most important results ..
