| Abstract | ||
| So my research came in this regard the gifts of workers tagged: (Facing the corruption of business in the Prophet's year gifts staff model). Because of the importance of the subject spread among the members of the Islamic community because of the ignorance of many people today the sanctity of this matter because they believe that the gifts of workers have the rule of public gifts and it is not bribery. It is known that the gifts of the workers were written in various writings here and there in the annals of the commentary on the Hadith and the jurisprudence by talking about the literature of the judge and singled out al-Subki with a letter entitled: And wrote research and articles for updated writers, including a research entitled Gifts to employees and its provisions and how to dispose of them (). Some of the books have been addressed in some books, and this is what is written in the general rule of the gift, and jurisprudential judgments related to it. The new in this research is the methods of the Prophet in the face of this corruption, and this deduced from the induction of the Prophet's Hadiths in this regard and concluded These prophetic methods to counter corruption gifts employees. He divided it into two sections and a conclusion. The first topic: definition of the title includes: First: Definition of corruption language and terminology. The second requirement: Definition of the gift language and terminology. Third requirement: The employee's definition of language and terminology. The second topic: Ruling on gifts of employees in the year and contemporary models of them and the reasons for their spread, including: First: Ruling on gifts of employees in the Sunnah. The second requirement: contemporary models of employee gifts. Third: Reasons for the spread of the phenomenon of employees in Muslim societies. The third topic: methods to face the phenomenon of gifts of employees in the Sunnah. The first requirement: the selection of workers with competence, honesty and integrity. The second requirement is to emphasize that governors and princes do not favor appointment. The third requirement: not to give the mandate to those who request it and to emphasize who cares about it. Fourth requirement: Strengthening self-censorship by the statement of punishment and other reward. The fifth requirement: To meet the basic needs of the employees and to save them from the gift. The sixth requirement is to hold the imams accountable and return the gifts that they take to the house of money. | ||
