| Abstract | ||
| For Islam to be a universal religion, and its mission to be the end of messages, it must have been in the nature of its mission, which makes it truly worthy of all humanity at all times and places, and not to leave its nation without regimes and legislations that judge their actions in all aspects of life. Since the uncle and aunt of the wombs ordered by God Almighty and the Prophet in his honorable year, I preferred after the trust in God to address this subject, which is almost forgotten to some extent by the Muslims, not scientists, and the great impact of the relationship of the wombs in the Muslim religion . It should be noted in this introduction that there is especially and generally between the uncle and the aunt in various jurisprudential issues, if the provision in some matters shared by the uncle and aunt discussed with the first section in the provisions of the uncle without repeating the second section in the provisions of the aunt as provided for The ruling on the inheritance of the uncle and the aunt, because the ruling in their inheritance is one, and the aunt was not specific in some issues because she is a female, such as: the issue of custody, which is specialized without uncle, he is looking in the second. After collecting the different issues in this topic from the stomachs of the books of Islamic jurisprudence on different doctrines, this topic was divided into: introduction, preface, two papers, and a conclusion. The preamble: It was in the definition of uncle, and the nation language and terminology. As for the first topic: It was in (the provisions of the uncle), and included four demands: The first requirement is to look at the mahram. As for the second requirement: it was in the state of the uncle that the deceased is dead, and the third is the ruling on the inheritance of the uncle and the aunt. As for the second topic: it was in the "provisions of the aunt", and included three demands: As for the first requirement: it was under the rule of the inheritance of the aunt, while the second demand: was at the expense of the aunt, but the third demand: was in the custody of the aunt. The research concluded with a conclusion that included the most important results. Finally, I ask God to make this humble effort purely for his face, and that His grace be upon me by injuring the truth in what I went to. | ||
