| Abstract | ||
| In this research, the focus of my research is on the wife's financial rights, including the right to maintenance on the wife and the right of the wife to separate her with a dwelling, and to be between good neighbors and her right to furnish the house, as well as the right of the wife in the dowry of ideals, as well as the right of the wife to support her in the absence of her husband. And the disagreement between the jurists and the details of some cases all this in two sections in each of the four demands. It also relied on ancient sources of books written by jurists who were removed from Islamic schools of thought (al-Maliki, Hanafi, Shafi'i, Hanbali and al-Dhahri). It was a particular good for me in my research. In conclusion, I ask Allaah to make my work this pure to His face and I hope that I have fulfilled this work. | ||
