Abstract
And an optional reason for this subject is my great love for the science of the fundamentals of jurisprudence, and my admiration for this world al-Baghdadi able to choose a part of his fundamentalist views in this matter. The research plan included an introduction, three questions and a conclusion, as follows: Introduction. The first topic: Definition of the terms of the research title. There are two demands: The first requirement: the definition of the son of proof. The second requirement: define the command and its formulas. The second topic: the views of Ibn Burhan in the meaning of the rule of the official. There are two demands: The first requirement: the indication of the rule of the abstract order on the evidence. The second requirement: the indication of the rule of the abstract order after the ban. The third topic: the views of Ibn Burhan in the significance of the number of officials. There are two demands: The first requirement: the significance of the abstract order on repetition. The second requirement: the significance of the pending order on condition or restricted as repetition. Conclusion. It contains a summary of the most important search results.
