| Abstract | ||
| It is the basis of Ijtihad and the rule of fatwa and the balance of weighting and scrutiny, and the standard of distinction between the true views and values, and shows the reasons for the difference between scientists in matters Jurisprudence. This science was the focus of the scrutiny of scholars who understood the texts of the Shariah and understood its significance. This was revealed through their fundamentalist views. Among these were the media (Ahmad Bin Ali Bin Burhan). I wanted to present his views on the issues of evidence in my letter, (A study of fundamentalist comparative), and this research is part of this letter has been addressed to him (views of Ibn Burhan in some types of consensus). The reason for choosing the subject: my love for the science of assets, and my understanding of the importance of this science prompted me to search for a comparative study to expand my understanding of this science, and chose Ibn Burhan because it is a few scientists who have specialized in this science, which helped me to choose issues. | ||
