| Abstract | ||
| The Book of Preamble has received a high status among the books of the graduation of the branches on the fundamentals. The Imam of the Sunni Imam has given him his effort and care, and he has deposited his most encyclopedic knowledge between the jurisprudence and the fundamentals. Likewise, he may receive delusion and error. He may rent a fee if not a single wage. He worked diligently and diligently in investigating the face of truth and what was presented to him in this book. Where he deposited a large number of obstacles and intuitions on the imam of nuclear, whether it is on the one hand, which will specialize in our research or from others. The nature of the research required that it consist of three topics preceded by an introduction and followed by a conclusion with the most important results of the research: The first topic: the life of the imams, nuclear and Sunni, and the demands of three: The first requirement: Defining the nuclear Imam: The second requirement: Introducing the Imam of the Sunnah: Third requirement: In the description of the preface book in the graduation of branches on the origins: The second topic: the traces of Imam al-Asnawi on the fundamental graduation of Imam al-Nawawi in the section of the Islamic ruling and its sections, in which there are four demands: The first requirement: There are two issues: the first: the officer definition of jurisprudence, the second: the conflict of origin and apparent.
