| The public interest is the nominal goal of forming public opinion and public relations always seek to achieve the public interest and this is based on its responsibility towards the society in which it is active so there is no room in the work of public relations to achieve personal and selfish benefits and gains at the expense of the interests of public opinion because the public opinion is Article The basis of the work and the activity of public relations by seeking to achieve harmony and harmony between directions and interests and the needs and interests and purposes of the institution. The extent to which the target audience responds, the impact of the media and the reactions are often done through public opinion research, periodic reports and elites' views. The first chapter dealt with the methodological framework in terms of the research problem, its importance and objectives, the type of research, its methodology, the research community, its sample, the fields of research and its tools, data collection as well as the tests of honesty, consistency and statistical data processing. The second chapter dealt with public relations and public opinion, focusing on the following axes: 1. The relationship between public relations and public opinion. 2. Public relations and its role in forming public opinion. 3. Public relations and government system. The third chapter dealt with the field study by presenting and interpreting the results of this research and giving the most important results of the research and conclusions. Finally, it should be noted that this research is only a modest scientific step on the path of studies and public opinion research that we hope will be addressed by researchers in the future.
