| Abstract | ||
| The current study included ecology and geographical distribution of the genus Ferula L. in Iraq, the species had been varied in ecology and geographical distribution. Species were grown in different soils like sandy,gravelly,clay,sandy clay, sandy gravelly, loamy, loamy sandy, limestone and rocky. The species were varied in distribution on Iraqi phytography districts F.schlechtendalii Boiss distributed in Sulaimanyia (MSU) which has narrow distribution. F.orientalis L.(syn:cachroides) distributed in Amadiya,Rawandoz (MRO) and Sulaimanyia district (MSU) which has widely distribution., F.barbeyi Post,F.blanchei Boiss , F.ovena Boiss and F.rutbaensis C.C.Townsent were distributed in Western Desert District (DWD). | ||
