| Abstract | ||
| Demonstrated by the research problem in the analytical study of the most important and most injuries articular common in volleyball, which is a direct impact on the level of achievement in athletes which stand in front of the development levels and the objective of this study was to find appropriate solutions to reduce these injuries occur and it detects various causes, in section II researcher study all Link sports injuries and the reasons for their occurrence and the game of volleyball . The objectives of the study sought researcher using descriptive method survey manner and through analysis and discussion of results, the researcher to several conclusions. Sports injuries occur as a result of the weak, especially when the player is making an effort to warm up and the exercise or competitions because of the muscles and joints of the effort, which will make the creation of, and concluded the study to recommendations, including emphasis on good warm-up which prepares the muscles and joints of the body for exercise or competition in order to avoid injury. | ||
