| The volleyball game of the difference games which is characterized by the multiplicity of basic skills and interdependence of these skills with each other, so the weakness of the player at any skill will reflect negatively on the performance of the skills and other different motor learning of the individual in accordance with the properties that characterize the activity exercised it occupies great importance for most games sports competition which is characterized by including a game of volleyball in particular. Through researcher experience being a practitioner of the game of volleyball Note that there is an interest in learning the basic skills and physical in general and the lack of focus on the kinetic capabilities needed by the players in volleyball, especially in the skill of beating overwhelming that have developed and characterized by speed, agility, strength and ability to change direction, and built is based on personal experience and not on the planned scientific grounds, so it felt a researcher studying this problem by developing a training program for the development of some motor abilities and mental perception and skill beating overwhelming for the players beginners plane the ball and provide a service to the club coaches teams in the development of their teams and upgrading for the better level , and target your search: 1-to identify the impact of the special exercises in the development of some motor abilities and skill landslide hit the front of the plane junior players made the save. 2-recognition advantage vulnerability of exercises and special exercises followed from his coach in the development of some motor abilities and skill landslide hit the front plane of the players made the save. The use of the experimental method and equal researcher for the group (with the pretest and posttest), and identifies the research community junior players in front of Club Sports and the pious Ali's (24) players were selected randomly Statistics sample of (16) players. The main conclusions are: 1-for exercises own positive impact in the development of some motor abilities and skill beating the overwhelming front of the plane junior players made the save. 2. outweigh the experimental group used special exercises to develop these capabilities and beating crushing the front of the plane junior players made the save.
