Abstract
This study was carried out the animal house in The State company for drags industry and medical appliances in Samarra and laboratory of Education college and Applied Sciences college , University of Samarra , from 1st April to 30th August 2015. Atrial was conducted to study the effect of alcohol extract of Fenugreek and Cumin seeds on some biochemical parameter of local female rabbits . Twenty four mature females , with average body weight of 932.71 ± 30.08 g. and 10-11 months old , were divided randomly into four groups (6 rabbits / group) include three periods , drenched was control` treatment animal 1 ml of food oil while first and second treatments were give 30 mg.kg -1.b w from alcohol extract of Fenugreek and Cumin seeds respectively whereas third treatment was give extract of Fenugreek (15 mg.kg -1.b w) and Cumin seeds(15 mg.kg -1.b w) mixed The results show that a significant increase (P  0.01) in total protein , albumen and globulin serum blood but a significant decrease (P  0.05) in glucose in all of animal treated (first , second , third) of alcohol extract of Fenugreek and Cumin seeds compared to control group. The results pointed also high significant decrease (P  0.01) in cholesterol, low- density lipoprotein , significant increase (P  0.05) in high-density lipoprotein of animal treated compared to control .
