| Abstract | ||
| The study was pergormed to investigate the effects of ethyl acetate extract of Trigonella foenum-graecum L. on the fertility of albino rats. One hundred adult male from Sprague Dawley strain at the age (12) weeks were followed up. And the results which are attained include: a significant increase (P<0.01) in the a rates of weights of, body, epididymes , testes and some of male accessory glands such as prostate , seminal vesicles and coagulating glands had been resulted from the treatment of ethyl acetate extract. As well as the treatment with this extract has caused a significant increment (P<0.01) in the rates of, sperms concentrations and the percentages of living sperms in the testes and epididymes , while the rates of percentages of sperms malformations in the epididymes were releaved a significant decrement (P<0.01) as compared with the control group. | ||
