| Abstract | ||
| Objective of the study:- Identify the impact of the training curriculum exercises and a helper belt in the development of some biomechanical and motor skill variables to the open air circulation and unprecedented Arab leap on the table 'body movements for juniors that can not be seen with the naked eye, but the style of quantitative analysis by motor coaches. The researcher used the training program on a sample of (6) junior team Maysan province, and were divided into experimental and control group two groups and by (3) junior for each group and by (3) training units in each week for a period of 10 months, and included a curriculum exercises on the equipment and means to assist , the software application and continues for a period (30) a week experimental group only, researcher has used the principle of gradual training load for the skill in question through exercises kinetic style and skill exercises and skill Assistant to the belt, which was used in the beginning style skill exercises and then belt exercises and then the motor using low training and distribution of high intensity with periods of rest between repetitions and aggregates serially taking into account individual differences among the players. The search included the most important aspects of the impact of the belt and the curriculum on the skill in question and its impact on the development of biomechanical variables through some kinetic capabilities that were selected by distributing questionnaires to specialists and experienced experts and number exercises (5) expert. The main findings of the researcher has proven the effectiveness of using the curriculum exercises and the belt and the style of skill in the development of skill under discussion through the development of biomechanical variables better and has had a positive impact in raising the performance of the emerging level by removing the fear factor and the frequency of standing injuries and thus raise the level of performance optimal skill players.. | ||
