| Sports field is one of the areas you are in a lot of burdens, whether physical, social or psychological Academy is the responsibility of both the athletes and the lectureship as property and the laws of the game and the audience sporting event that accompanies the tournament, so be on the coach cloaks the largest in the identification of these pressures and find a deal solutions with it in an appropriate manner that protects the individual or sportsman and return it to balance . The variety of different sports in terms of property each of which in turn leads to the occurrence of various states of the technical pressure for the player in particular and coach in general, and so different depending on the laws and the provisions of the player Since coaches clubs and centers gymnastics in Iraq are considered sports category that are exposed to psychological pressures, located on them because of their training and their performance on the difficult gymnastics devices therefore highlights the importance of current research lies in the study of psychological stress among coaches clubs and centers Iraq artistic 'body and the methods of dealing with it so as to find out the solutions fit the sporting event and upgraded towards the top. The aim of the research measuring the causes of psychological stress among Iraq trainers' body art and methods to deal with them according to academic achievement variable. Highlights several questions where lies the problem of the research, are the causes of stress and the use of the ideal methods to deal with this pressure leads to dilution of the degree of physical and mental burden on the coach? It will achieve the fundamental objectives of the search. The researcher used the descriptive survey manner suitability for the nature of the research problem. A search and community trainers 'body art clubs Iraq's 40 clubs representing Iraq artistic' body. After statistical analysis system (SPSS) The results showed that the causes of psychological stress and methods to deal with them according to academic achievement did not achieve significant results in terms that most coaches gymnastics in Iraq suffer from various psychological pressures related to players, clubs, associations and public unions. The researcher concluded that the general state of psychological stress are not related to a certain level of academic achievement, but rather depend on many aspects, and on the nature of the academic work of the coach and the resulting multiple psychological pressure in competition and training conditions | ||
