| And it includes the introduction of research and its importance to the exercise of any sporting activity thoughtfully planned and codification of scientific aims to achieve the highest levels of this sport and those effectively, and through the requirements of the event or activity determines the type of physical and skill components necessary for sports activity, based on proper scientific planning and supporting studies and research and scientific sources, as well as trainers and experts and corporate sponsors for this, as there are closely linked to the development of the physical components and the development of skills and motor abilities when planning any activity or exercise, for example, when we plan to exercise jump player can not master the exercises jump in case of lack of ability of the muscles of the two men, Valtmarenat special physical exercises are more difficult than the general physical exercise, but it is easier than exercises competitions that aim to improve the technique and events that are closer in performance to the competition The researcher used the experimental curriculum design groups Almtkavitin The research community may represent Blaabboa Sports Club Hilla basketball under (16) years, and the number (16) of the players were divided into two groups (one officer and experimental) indiscriminate manner and in a manner the draw as one group consisted of 8 players and it took the application of the curriculum (8) weeks and by (3) units per week, and was allocated to the curriculum is the part (50%) of the parts of the training modules. It has been processing the results of appropriate statistical means. The results showed improvement in the effectiveness of exercise and its impact on creative thinking for players under 16 years old. As the researcher recommended the need to choose the appropriate exercise of skill and linked team because of its positive influence in the evolution of search variables. | ||
