Abstract
The study was included collection of soil samples from five positions located along one side of the Euphrates River to evalute the chemical characteristics. Heavy metals were studied included Lead ,Copper, Nickel, Iron .Chromium, Cadmium ,Zinc . Also, pH, electrical conductivity, total dissolved salts ,concentration of calcium, magnesium, bicarbonate, chloride, nitrate ,sulfate, phosphate and elements of sodium, potassium. The results showed the response of conductivity and concentration of sodium and chloride whereas variation other Properties. Cd
