The study was conducted to evaluated to efficiency of Isolate bacteria Bacillus subtilis and its extract to control of powdery mildew on cucumber caused by Sphaerotheca fuliginea under greenhouse condition, experiment results cleared that significant reduceof infection percetage of powdery mildew of plants infection and that treatment with bacterial extract to 0.6%, in second step being bacteria suspension and chemical fungicide (Bupirimate) wich were 10% and 13% respectively that are differ significantly with control treatment(distil water) wich was 87%.
The study was conducted to tested effect of bacterial concentration in control of cucumber infection by Sphaerotheca fuliginea ,rat percent leaf surface covered by powdery mildew growth reduced significantly to 0.0,0.0 in tow used concentrations 1000 M/mL&10000 M/mL respectively when control treatment(concentrations 0 M/mL) reached to50.3% significantly, the fresh weight of plant with regard to (10.19, 12.56) gm/ plant in plants treatment with concentrations 1000 M/mL&10000 M/mL respectively and differ significantly with control treatment(concentrations 0 M/mL) that reached to 4.47 gm/ plant.
tested Effect of spray frequency of plant infection with powdery mildew of Sphaerotheca fuliginea every (2,4,6)days with bacterial extract was done, experiment results cleared that significant reduce of rat percent leaf surface covered by powdery mildew growth to (0,1.6, 3.90) respectively with no differ significantly, rat percent leaf surface covered by powdery mildew growth increased in plant spraied with distil water only every (2)days (control treatment) to 50.3%, the fresh weight of plants sprayed every (2,4,6)days with bacterial extract were (14.2, 13. 4, 15.1) gm/ plant respectively with no differ significantly when reduce significantly to 4. 47 gm/ plant in control treatment. |
