| Abstract | ||
| Talking about human rights and his freedoms is a yesterday, today and tomorrow talking, And it is an instinct talking which hearts and souls receive with joy and pleasure, because the human soul eager to freedom and well-off, and there is no meaning of life without freedom and dignity. Holy Prophet (peace be upon him) has been put the basic rules of human rights and his freedoms in an argument Farewell Hadith, and the progression calls of thinkers and reformers claim the protection of human rights from oppression and exploitation, After that the Universal Declaration of Human Rights have come to establishes strict rules in order to urge the preservation of human rights and do not waste them in situations of peace and war. This modest research comes to shed light on the protection of some of human rights in the light of the Prophet (peace be upon him)Hadith during the argument Farewell , and the third article of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights which states that "Everyone has the right in life, liberty and security of person" the researchers studying the most important rights contained in the Hadith and the article which mentioned above. The scientific article of research distributed into three demands are: - The first demand : - Study of argument farewell Hadith . The second demand : - Study of the third article of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The third demand : - Study of human rights protection in the light of an argument farewell Hadith and the third article of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights . The paper concludes by mentioning the most important results and recommendations | ||
