Abstract
The theme of volunteerism, of the most important issues that should be raised and discussed and gain great importance. And volunteer work of the strongest factors influencing the preparation of the new generation because they fall within the composition morally, psychologically and socially. The volunteer work of the most important means used to participate in the advancement of the status of the communities in our time, and acquires volunteer work increasingly important day by day, there is a base for granted that governments, whether in developed or developing countries, can no longer meet the needs of its members and their communities, with the complexity of the living conditions of increased social needs and became a constantly changing, so it had to be the presence of the other parallel government agencies to fill in the public domain and complement the role played by the government in meeting the social needs of the parties and the lead role in addressing some of the social, economic and cultural issues, and not complementary, and became It puts the plans and programs of development model for governments. . Aim of the research: The research aims to clarify the role of educational institutions in the implantation of volunteer -work with the emerging values of young people, through the answers to the following questions - What business volunteer favorite practiced by emerging and young people? What are the objectives of voluntary work in educational institutions?- What is the criteria that must be met in voluntary work in educational institutions content?- What possibilities are available for volunteer work in educational institutions?- - What methods of volunteer work in educational institutions? search limits: Find the limits were limited to educational institutions in the Representation of the Iraqi Ministry of Education in Erbil, was selected (8) eight primary and secondary schools as a sample for the study, and conclude chapter defines key terms contained in the body of the title.
