| Abstract The trade related intellectual property rights agreement (TRIPs) that it is one of the world trade organization (WTO) agreements, based on protected the intellectual rights for the right owners in patented, trademarks, geographical indicators, copy rights, industrial designs, trade secrets, integration circles. This forms of rights consist the knowledge and technology. In this vision, the developed countries, and the development countries difference between them about the capacity of (TRIPs) to international technology transfer.
