| It is clear that the increasing wealth of sovereign funds was the result of higher oil prices and this has led to increasing the reserves of clear and significant foreign currency from oil-exporting countries hand especially Arabic study which led to increased funding opportunities located, As the evolution of these countries became dependent at the same time the large surplus of the balance of payments and thus became sovereign wealth funds seen as investment funds established by Governments or possess for the purpose of maintaining financial assets for long term as providing income for future generations and work on reduced inflationary pressures and work to cover future pension obligations | ||
