| Abstract | ||
| The international efforts succeded in reach to tow very important articles , the first was article number three from universial decleration in 1948 which was very summery and link between the right of life and the right of personal freedum , the seconed was the article number six from international convenant of civil and boltical rights. The international efforts don’t stop in this point but try to search more protection of human right of life therefore apear the first protocol in 1966 and seconed in 1989 which inter to force in 1991 this tow protocols support the international effortes to protect the right of life. The important of this research was it try to explore the new arrangements of international protection of the right of life. | ||
