| Abstract | ||
| In some Leqal act ,the contractor may obtain a weitten document and then some external Force lead, without his own Fault, to lose his written document In order to prevont the losing of the contractor s Leqal riqht enshrined in the document, some Leqal shcools ,including the lraqi leqal system , permit to such contractor to proof the leqal act by testimony or judicial presumption . This rule dose not apply to the creditor but the debtor as wall. | ||
