| Electronic warfare is a new weapon for countries in armed conflict. Information technology is a weapon of modern times. Military forces of countries with such capabilities can inflict material damage on property or lives. Electronic warfare raises many thorny legal issues that need more legal research, such as modern-day technology-based weapons, remotely operated like warplanes or those that pass through Cyberspace, as in electronic warfare.
