Abstract
The criminal law should play an important role in ensuring the protection of the growth and development of agricultural activity should also keep pace with the rapid changes occurring in it. What this study only a step to discuss and analyze the most important crimes contained in the legislation, the Iraqi criminal and comparative affecting agricultural activity in order to statement the effectiveness of the texts of the criminal protection and the extent of its ability to provide the appropriate atmosphere for the growth and prosperity as to achieve its objectives in supplying the national economy in general . This study has attempted to show the most relevant legislation in Iraq and analysis to the extent appropriate to serve the subject of research and comparing legislation Arab and comparative advantage , which decided by the elimination of the Arab principles in this regard as enlightened books of research relevant and that was rare . All this in order to make proposals that it seems to us useful to improve the legislation by the penal farm in our country , especially with these developments experienced by the country , which produced bad results reflected their betterment and threw Ruins as about the collapse of the agricultural sector as a whole.
