| The role of advisory bodies in State Advisory Council in Supporting the Judicial authority " Comparative study " The advisory departments in State Advisory council play major role in backing the judicial function to State Advisory council. the Advisory power to that body contributed in developing Administrative judge , for example the French State council perform advisory role in the beginning , in related with the consent in legal matters in Administrative , legislative , and judicial role . but when the power of Administrative judge to State council expand , the Stats Advisory council continue in perform its Advisory role to backing the judicial function and that contributed in developing its functions . consequently the body while refused involving in matters under judicial oversighting, but in other side work to facilitated resolving disputed cases and insure executed its rules . also this body effected by all side of judicial job . according to this importance we will study this thesis in two parts the first deals with coordination of the advisory with judicial function while the second concern with the influencing the advisory function to state council with judicial function . | ||
