| Appeared consumer protection laws adopted by the various countries of the world, a reality created by the scientific development, after it was observed to increase the gap between the producers of goods and service providers and consumers, and consumers have become the center doubled the legal as well as the economy, which appeared to him the need to achieve the required balance between the two sides in various stages contracting. The laws of consumption a number of rules that will protect the consumer, and are these rules on the basis of a balance between the right of the consumer to obtain goods and services, and the right professional to take advantage of the superiority of economic and scientific disposal of its products and achieve profits, harnessed factors Technology in his service. Perhaps the Iraqi legislature may pay attention to this issue, and the need for consumer Iraqi law to protect their rights just like consumers of other countries, what it was that issued the long-awaited Consumer Protection Act Iraqi No. (1) For the year 2010, and to the importance of this law in terms of legal, economic and social, being interest to the vast majority who are consumers and protect them, we chose the subject of this research | ||
