| Abstract | ||
| A person may not move from one place to another continuously to spend his various purposes. He may travel for treatment or for tourism or for the purpose of doing business or for the conclusion of a commercial transaction or for the sake of study. This may be done by individuals, aircraft, ships or cars. Hence, we note the importance of transport. Without the movement of individuals in order to fulfill their needs, the needs of individuals or the interests of States can not be realized if the transfer of state employees is in the interests of the State. The transfer is made on the basis of a contract of carriage being made between two parties. The first is the carrier and the other is the passenger or passenger and is often obtained under an advance ticket specifying the advance obligations and rights of both the carrier and the passenger or passenger. As a result of the implementation of that contract, many problems arise as a result of the non-performance of one of the parties to the contract for its obligation or breach of obligation and take the carrier's breach of its obligation to transfer the passenger significantly in terms of the contract of transfer of persons because the obligations of the carrier is obliged to create a suitable place for the traveler to maintain the baggage of the traveler To maintain the safety of the passenger starting from the point of departure to the point of arrival, the carrier's transfer of any of these obligations arise carrier's responsibility towards the passenger or passenger compensation for damage caused by the breach of his obligation | ||
